My Philosophy

My approach blends nutrition science, psychology, and the principles of mindful and intuitive eating. Together, we’ll move beyond diets and numbers on the scale and toward a relationship with food that feels balanced, nourishing, and rooted in self-trust.

I take a whole-person, non-diet, psychologically informed view of nutrition: food matters, and so does your mindset. A positive relationship with food allows you to nourish yourself in a sustainable, joyful and balanced way. I honor that each client is the expert of their own body. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, education, and practical tools to help you nourish your whole being - mind, body and spirit.

My style is warm, engaging, compassionate and collaborative. I welcome clients of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Whether you’re recovering from an eating disorder, training as an athlete, or navigating a chronic condition, it’s my honor to support you on your journey with food and health.
