About

Tired of food feeling complicated? I hear you.

Hi, I’m Kristin. As a dietitian specializing in eating disorders, I know how tangled food and body image can become. What once felt like a source of nourishment and joy can slowly shift into stress, fear, or guilt - but it doesn’t have to stay that way. I was drawn to this work because I’ve seen how deeply food and body image struggles can affect every part of life - and I have seen time and time again how healing is possible. You deserve to feel at peace with food and confident in your body. My work as a dietitian is about helping you get there, without diets, guilt, or shame.

I take a whole-person, non-diet, psychologically informed view of nutrition: food matters, and so does your mindset. A positive relationship with food allows you to nourish yourself in a sustainable, joyful and balanced way. I honor that each client is the expert of their own body. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, education, and practical tools to help you nourish your whole being - mind, body and spirit.

What you can expect from our work together:

  • A warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach

  • Inclusive of all ages, genders, and backgrounds

  • Support for eating disorder recovery, athletic performance, and chronic health needs

  • Guided by respect, curiosity, and a belief that healing is possible for everyone
