Let’s Work Together
No matter where you are in your relationship with food, you deserve care that feels compassionate and personalized. I offer individualized nutrition therapy to support eating disorder recovery, help untangle disordered eating patterns, fuel athletic performance, and manage health conditions — always with a focus on balance, trust, and healing.
This is a fully virtual practice, which means we can meet from the comfort and privacy of your own home, or wherever you feel most at ease. I am licensed to see clients in Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Rhode Island, and South Carolina.

Eating Disorder Treatment
A multidisciplinary approach is key to eating disorder recovery. I offer individualized nutrition therapy for:
Anorexia Nervosa
Bulimia Nervosa
Binge Eating Disorder
Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder (OSFED)
I will also collaborate with other members of your treatment team (ie: therapist, doctor, psychiatrist) to provide comprehensive support.
-
Disordered Eating
Do you feel stuck in eating patterns that don’t feel good, even though you know a lot about nutrition?
Does food feel harder than it should - like you’re always thinking about what or how you “should” be eating?
Are you tired of starting new diets, only to find them impossible to maintain - and ending up feeling frustrated or defeated?
You are not alone, and healing is possible. If eating is feeling complicated and confusing, I am here to help. Together, we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck and work toward a relationship with food that feels peaceful, flexible, and free of guilt.
-
Sports Nutrition
As a lifelong tennis player, I have a passion for helping athletes build healthy relationships with food. From collegiate to recreational athletes, I enjoy helping athletes fuel for optimal preparation, performance, and recovery.
Together, we’ll focus on nourishing your body in ways that support both strength and longevity — without rigid rules or restriction. My approach emphasizes balance, flexibility, and body trust, so food becomes a tool for confidence, not stress.
Whether you’re training hard, returning from injury, or simply wanting to feel your best, I’ll help you find a fueling plan that truly works for you.
-
Health Conditions
Managing a health condition can feel challenging - but you don’t have to do it alone. I’ll work with you to create a realistic, sustainable plan that supports your health and well-being if you’re living with:
Type 2 or gestational diabetes
Heart disease
High cholesterol
Celiac disease
My approach focuses on nourishment, not restriction — helping you understand what your body needs without adding unnecessary stress or guilt.
Let’s work together!
HERE’S HOW TO GET STARTED
STEP 1
Free 15-Minute Consultation Call
You don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out. Our free consultation call is a chance to connect, share what’s been coming up around food or body image, and see if working together feels like a good fit. We’ll take it one step at a time, with curiosity and care.
STEP 2
Initial Appointment (60 min)
Our initial appointment is a chance for me to learn your story - what led you to seek support, your health and nutrition history, and your personal goals. Together, we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and supportive for you.
STEP 3
Follow-Up Appointments (45 min)
I often describe follow-up sessions with me as a mix between a doctor’s visit and a therapy session. As a board-certified registered dietitian, I’ll provide tailored medical nutrition therapy for your unique needs. But I also know that creating lasting change isn’t just about knowing what to eat - it’s about unpacking your thoughts and feelings around food.
In our sessions, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what drives your eating patterns and build insight into your relationship with food. I draw on evidence-based counseling tools (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Motivational Interviewing; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) to help you shift patterns, develop new skills, and make changes that actually stick. Together, we’ll check in on your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate your wins along the way.
Eating Disorder Treatment
Recovering from an eating disorder is hard work — but you don’t have to do it alone. With years of experience supporting clients through every stage of recovery, I provide compassionate, individualized nutrition therapy designed to help you rebuild trust with food and your body. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition care with a deep understanding of the emotional and psychological aspects of healing. I offer three types of services to meet your needs:
-
In one-on-one sessions, we’ll work together to understand your relationship with food, body image, and nourishment — and begin building a foundation of trust and balance. Each session is individualized to your needs and may include meal planning support, exploring food fears, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and developing tools for flexibility and self-compassion. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body’s cues and move away from rigid rules or guilt around eating. Over time, you’ll gain confidence in nourishing yourself in ways that feel sustainable, peaceful, and aligned with your values.
-
Meal support sessions for people with eating disorders can provide in-the-moment coaching to help you overcome food fears. They are a chance to practice new skills, challenge food fears, and feel supported every step of the way. Over the years, I’ve helped many clients grow from feeling anxious and stuck at meals to feeling more confident, calm, and capable.
-
Caregiver support is essential in the eating disorder treatment process for adolescents. I offer caregiver-only nutrition therapy appointments to empower caregivers with the knowledge and tools to support their loved one through the renourishment process.
Still Have Questions?
I’d be happy to talk through them during a free 15-minute consultation call. Taking the first step toward support can feel vulnerable, and my goal is to make the process feel as safe and approachable as possible. We can discuss what you’re looking for, what feels hard right now, and how I can best support your goals.
